BanHelper : Ban and delete spam in one swoop!

This plugin is a collection of anti spam tools, partly based on the Comment Stop Beta 0.6 plugin of Jezza.
This plugin is aimed at stopping the type of spam that most sites will suffer from, but it may not suit everyone's needs.

This plugin is capable of deleting database content (forum threads, comments) when you have set it to do so. Please make regular backups, and create a backup before use. Use at own risk! Test offline first.
As a consequence of the direct deletion, it may mess up your comment/forum counts! You are advised if you use Ban Helper regularly, to run a manual recount regularly as well.

Some of the many BanHelper features (actual action is dependent on plugin settings):
1. displays BanHelper icon in your comments or forum threads for admin defined user class
2. delete all comments of the banned user
3. delete all forum posts / replace all forum posts with admin defined text of the banned user
4. delete all chatbox menu entries of the banned user
5. delete all private messages of the banned user
6. Reset all counters in the user table of the banned user
7. Set the status of the user to 'banned'
8. Set signature text to 'Ban Helper; performed by XXX' (where XXX is the username who executed the Ban Helper procedure)
(This can be avoided by setting the setting 'Silent signature')
9. Adds the IP-address to the ban-list (if same IP address is not used by other users)
10. Removes all extended user fields data of the banned user
11. Variety of moderating/blocking comments
12. Send an email alert to admin when a comment is blocked
13. Setting permissions for which user class may post links
14. Apply restricted user control; restricted users may not start forum threads and are limited to a certain comments per day
15. Spam finder report tries to find common spam patterns in your forum posts and comments.
16. Bulk approve users
